About Us
Durant Iron and Metal is a family owned iron and metal recycling company located in Eastern Iowa in the small town of Durant. Our specialty lies in buying many different types of material and packaging it properly to sell.
We are equipped with all of the necessary tools required for the entire recycling process including containers of all sizes, a fleet of trucks, cranes and sheering equipment and the knowledge to recycle the proper way.
We are experienced in handling many different types of excess or scrap metal including: scrap copper, scrap aluminum, scrap steel and scrap iron.
